About Arizona Experts

Arizona Experts is a 100% HOA focused general contractor, serving HOA communities across the Phoenix Valley. We handle painting, masonry, concrete, carpentry, welding, electrical, lighting, and handyman repairs for community associations. We exist to improve communities, and we’re looking for a skilled welder to help us do it.

What You’ll Do

• Repair and fabricate wrought iron panels, posts, and gates damaged by storms or wear
• Fabricate custom gates and iron work for HOA community sites
• Repair carports, culvert railings, and aggregate stairs
• Read job specs and work independently on-site across Valley communities
• Maintain a safe, organized job site and follow all safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with the crew and office on job status and material needs
• Complete daily logs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience welding on structural and ornamental iron
• Comfortable reading blueprints/specs and fabricating from measurements
• Valid driver’s license
• Own basic hand tools and welding PPE
• Physically able to lift materials and work outdoors in Arizona conditions
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently on job sites
• Prior HOA, construction, or fabrication shop experience a plus
